Where it goes, and when.

Where we ship

We currently ship to eligible United States addresses accepted at checkout. Available destinations and any restrictions are enforced during checkout. We do not ship internationally at this time.

What it costs

Standard shipping is a flat — per order. Orders above the free-shipping threshold ship free. The exact amount, plus any applicable sales tax, is shown before you pay.

How long it takes

Your delivery estimate has two parts:

Preparing your order: — business days. This is the time needed to prepare your order before handing it to the carrier.

On the road: — business days after the carrier receives it.

Altogether, plan for about — business days. Weekends and public holidays do not count as business days, and peak periods or severe weather can add time.

What you will see at checkout

Before you pay, checkout shows the available delivery service, shipping price, any free-shipping threshold, and the estimated arrival window for your order.

Tracking

When your order is handed to the carrier we email a tracking number. You can also look up your order at any time from the order status page using your order number and the email address you used at checkout.

Heat, cold, and storage

Follow the storage instructions and best-by date on your packaging, including any refrigeration instructions after opening. If the packaging is damaged or the product appears spoiled, do not eat it; contact us through the contact form.

If something goes wrong

Damaged, missing, or undelivered orders are covered by the returns and refunds policy. Use our contact form with your order number and describe the problem.
