Who you are buying from

This store is operated by Mootastic Jerky LLC. Placing an order forms a contract with that business for the products described at checkout. If anything here conflicts with a right you have under applicable consumer law, that law wins.

Orders and acceptance

Your order is placed when you complete checkout. If an item is unavailable after checkout, we’ll cancel and refund the affected order in full. You can then join the item’s back-in-stock list for a one-time alert. We may also cancel and refund an order if payment cannot be verified or a price or product description contains an obvious error.

Prices and payment

Prices are shown in U.S. dollars and exclude shipping and any applicable sales tax, which are calculated at checkout. Payments are handled by a secure third-party payment provider; we never receive or store your full card details. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors before shipping and to cancel and refund an order priced in obvious error.

Shipping

We ship to United States addresses only. Delivery estimates combine an order-processing window and a carrier transit window, and both are estimates rather than guarantees. See the shipping policy for current windows and rates.

Returns and refunds

For food safety, we do not accept physical returns of jerky. Our returns and refunds policy explains what we replace or refund and how to ask.

Product information and allergens

We describe ingredients and allergens as accurately as we can, but recipes and suppliers change. Always read the packaging before eating, and do not rely on this website alone if you have a food allergy or dietary restriction. Nutrition figures are typical values.

Customer reviews

Reviews are invited after delivery and are published only after moderation. Do not submit unlawful content, other people’s personal information, or content you do not have the right to share. We may decline, edit for length, or remove a review, and we do not publish your email address.

Acceptable use

Do not attempt to interfere with the store, scrape it at a rate that degrades service, probe its security, or resell products as an authorized distributor without a written agreement.

Liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited. Subject to that, our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.
